SHIPPING

a) Shipping within US

  • i) Orders are generally shipped within 21 business days of payment confirmation.
  • ii) USPS First Class Mail is our preferred mode of shipping. It includes tracking and insurance.
  • iii) For the processing of custom-sizing, 3-4 business days are required furthermore and special orders may take longer.
  • iv) Please consider that working days do not include weekends, Bank holidays or Public Holidays in the US.

b) International Shipping

  • i) We ship with USPS International First Class Mail. It involves tracking and insurance.
  • ii) Recipients will be in charge of any taxes or customs duties incurred.
  • iii) The packages shipped outside the US are dependent on multiple agencies including Customs of the United States and the recipient country. Once we dispatch the shipment, we do not hold any authority on its movement but the parcel can always be tracked.

c) Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, transportation to some destinations may take up to 45 business days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We always have every intention that our customers must be absolutely pleased with their jewelry. That being the case, the Quality Control team inspects all our items for manufacturing and the stones used in making the item before dispatch. In spite of this, if in rare cases the item which reaches you is defective or not upto your satisfaction, we provide 100% money back guarantee or exchange.
We provide a 30 days deferment period with every purchase you make. In the majority of cases, we are able to come up with a solution to the issue which is causing you to return the piece. Kindly contact us in advance before initiating a return so that we can come to a better solution and help you. Our discussion of your issues certainly helps us to improve the product and the processes for future.
However, in case you don’t like the piece, return and we will issue you a full refund.
